MERCURY
RUBBERS FIRE RESISTANT RUBBER
CONVEYOR BELTING
MERCURY RUBBERS
Fire Resistant Rubber Conveyor Belting meets the DIN & Canadian Bureau
of Mines specification. The important features of MERCURY RUBBERS Fire
Resistant Conveyor Belting are:
(i) Resistance to fire
(ii) Excellent abrasion resistance
(iii) Resistance to grease & oil
(iv) Improved drivability under wet conditions.
It is available in widths up to 1500 mm with reinforcement of Cotton/Cotton,
Cotton/Nylon, and Synthetic fabrics. Apart from all the tests of IS 1891
(Part 1)-1988 e.g. full thickness breaking strength, Elongation, Adhesion
etc. the MERCURY RUBBERS fire resistant grade (FR) Belting is subjected
to most stringent tests of fire resistance property. These tests are :
(i) Flame Test
(ii) Drum Friction Test
(iii) Electrical Resistance Test
MERCURY RUBBERS laboratory is well equipped with its. technical personnels
& testing facilities for carrying out all the above tests.
